I Pray....

I scroll through Facebook these days only to look through discounts on my latest "drug" of choice. MAKEUP! All that I purchase, I've found outlets to put them to good use...
The absolutely outstanding thing about Facebook is how, as one scrolls through, startling discoveries are made in the form of status updates! People unwarily expose transphobia, homophobia, idiocy, bigotry, pretenses etc. Most of which has a simple solution, ignore or unfriend. EASY!
But occasionally a status update triggers a visceral feeling within me that I absolutely NEED to do something about it! Even if the person in question doesn't get it or even see it.

So this status update of a Facebook friend went something along the lines of...

I pray that my single friends find their significant others.

(this was written in Malay).

So, even if this friend never sees my status update, here's what I posted;

I pray for all my single friends to stay happy single and to never face that pesky relative always asking when they are getting married.
